What is My Shop Local App?

Using our platform, you create a Shop Local App which you can distribute free to the public. Add special offers from your local businesses to your App and increase their visibility in the community. This tool is ideal for Main STreet Associations, Chambers of Commerce and other local Business Associations. Your organization's Logo (e.g. Virtual Discount Card) will show on your App. By showing the Virtual Discount Card at the point of sale of a participating business, the discount will be applied to your purchase. 

When registering your organization, you will be prompted to upload an image. That is your Virtual Discount Card design. The design should include your Organization's name and logo. It will appear on your supporter's phone after downloading the App from the App Store or Google Play. We can help with the design process. 

The resident will download our app available in the Apple Store and Google Play (search name "My SHop Local App"). He/She will then type the name of your organization in the search box. After registering (e.g. Name, email, phone number), they will have access to your virtual discount card. From the App they can view all the business listings and their discounts.

Yes. After registering, you will see a Performance Page. On this page, you will have access to the names, email and phone numbers of all the people downloading your app.

It is recommended that you reach out to your members and ask them to join your free app.

Yes. In you Performage Page you will be able to capture the name, email address and phone number of your supporters. Thanks to this amazing feature, you will be able to create a database of supporters. This is a great resource to have for all your future initiatives.

Your Virtual Discount Card card does not have an expiration date.
